Hormones Out Of Balance?
Gynecology Specialists is pleased to announce that NP Ashley Hawkins has earned Certification from BioTE Medical to provide our in-office treatment of Pellet Therapy.
Pellet Therapy is a hormone therapy where hormones, testosterone and/or estrogen are inserted under the skin instead of using pills, patches, creams or injections.
Ashley joins Dr. Zenette Leao in providing this service to our patients. Dr. Leao earned her certification from BioTE Medical in 2018.
If you've tried Hormone Therapy before, but the pills, patches, creams or injections did not agree with you, you may want to try Pellet Therapy. With this method we insert the hormones under the skin for a more steady release while balancing your hormones. Patients find that this therapy reduces some of the roller coaster effects of other hormone therapies.
